GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS APPLIED/RECEIVED ADMISSION TO STUDY IN CANADA:

HOW TO BOOK CANADA BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENTS:

If you have applied admission or received admission then you must check the Biometric appointments availability. This process is recommended to be done in advance only because biometric appointments are getting booked quickly and you should book in advance for an early visa outcome. There is no booking charges and you can reschedule the appointment,

a) Create User ID at the link below and login
b) Click on Schedule Appointment, Select City to view availability of appointments, choose number people going for biometric, Select Appointment Category “Biometric Enrolment”
c) Click on “Add applicant”, Enter your DOB and Submit, on the next screen calendar will open. Please choose the best date according to the possibility of visa file submission because you are not allowed to go for biometrics if your visa file is not submitted.
d) to select the date, Green Dates are available and then select suitable time and click on Confirm.
e) Download the appointment letter and print. This confirmation will also be received on your email ID. If you are viewing your email to download the appointment confirmation, please firstly click on “confirm appointment” link and then take the printout

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AVAILABILITY:

If your admission is approved then Book Medical Appointment

Click here to check the list of doctors and find their phone numbers. Pick up the note pad and then make the call. You will receive the medical test confirmation along with list of documents to carry. Ask the medical test fee and carry the same with you in cash.

HOW TO PAY YOUR TUITION FEE

Don’t wait till the last date of fee payment. Be quick to pay well before the deadline. It may take few days to reach your payment into the bank account of your college.

Now your first step is to read your letter carefully.

There are different ways to pay your tuition fee and all of them are authentic. Every college/university advises to choose different methods of payment as follows:

1) Link on the offer letter, read it carefully and follow the method convenient to you.
2) Pay by Fly wire – Payment will be transferred in USD only – Click on the link
3) Pay by Direct Bank Wire Transfer – Share the details with your banker.

If you are not sure that how to the pay the fee, you can contact your own banker or any bank that deals in Foreign currency payments such as EBIX CASH, THOMAS COOK, AXIS Bank. You can also check with your own bank if fee payment can be done through them.

Ask for the documents they need from you to do the transaction.

GIC ACCOUNT OPENING AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS:

After you receive your admission offer, GIC Account Opening is to be done. Once account is opened then it is valid for 4-5 days only. You can check the last date to funds transfer.

a) PAN CARD is mandatory for the payment transfer, please go ahead and apply immediately if student doesn’t not have PAN card. The payment has to be transferred from Student’s bank account only.
b) Student’s Address on his/her passport and passport must be matched as it is the requirement to accept funds by the GIC Banker in Canada. Get it fixed in your bank account in advance.
c) In case student is under 18 then funds can be transferred from parents bank account
